This is it. It's Day 38 of the Train Like Frank Zane series, and this will be the final blog and video. As we reach the end of this workout series, I want to express my gratitude for joining me on this journey. It has been fun and has given me a better understanding of Frank Zane's workouts, as well as the benefits of a push-pull-leg (PPL) split.
All in all, this has been a fantastic experience. Frank's style of training has reinforced with me the importance of controlled movements, tempo, and the mind-muscle connection. I hope this series has also inspired you to explore different training methods and push your limits. Stay tuned for the next workout series, where we'll dive into the world of high-intensity training, drawing inspiration from experts like Mike Mentzer, Dorian Yates, and Arthur Jones.
