How do I know this will work for me?

This system is based on science and real results. However, if you don't commit to this then it will not work for you. The plans works, you just need to stick with this for 7 phases.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Every person is different so we cannot guarantee a number but on average by sticking with his plan you can expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week. Totaling 12-24 pounds over the next 12 weeks if you fully commit to this.

Can I learn this on Youtube or in your podcasts?

You could try to piece together a blueprint from podcasts of mine or Youtube videos, but that would be like trying to mix 10 puzzles together and put all the pieces back together. Our program is set up for step-by-step implementation.

Is this too advanced for me?

It's great to have a foundation of strength when starting out, but with that said you have to start somewhere! We intentionally ramp up the program over the 7 phases to make sure we don't go from 0 to 100 too fast.

How much time will this take?

We believe in efficiency. With that said, our workouts range from 30-60 minutes and we have options for at home or in the gym so there's no excuses. If you don't have 30 minutes to improve your health then you really need to rework your schedule.
