It's great to have a foundation of strength when starting out, but with that said you have to start somewhere! We intentionally ramp up the program over the 7 phases to make sure we don't go from 0 to 100 too fast.
We believe in efficiency. With that said, our workouts range from 30-60 minutes and we have options for at home or in the gym so there's no excuses. If you don't have 30 minutes to improve your health then you really need to rework your schedule.
