Welcome to the final leg day of our Train Like Frank Zane workout series. Today, we're on Day 36 and we have one more workout left, which will be our push day, concluding this series. Let's dive right into it!

To start off, we'll begin with a variation of the squat. You can use a landmine attachment or simply place the bar on one shoulder. We'll focus on a quad-dominant movement called the landmine hack squat. Facing away from the anchor point and elevating our heels, we'll target those quads for maximum engagement.

Next, we'll move on to Romanian deadlifts. This exercise is great for the hamstrings and glutes. Remember to focus on the eccentric portion of the movement and maintain a slight bend in your back for optimal form.

Now, let's talk about leg extensions and leg curls. Adjust the machine so that your knee aligns with the pivot point. Control your reps, pause at the top, and make the movement smooth to avoid unnecessary stress on your knees.

Finally, we'll finish off with standing calf raises and seated calf raises. You can perform singles or doubles depending on your preference. Be sure to maintain balance and adjust the weight accordingly.

And that wraps up our last leg day in the Train Like Frank Zane series. We hope you've enjoyed the workouts and have seen great progress throughout the program. Stay tuned for our upcoming push day to complete the series. Keep pushing yourself and remember that even when your energy is low like mine was in this workout, the worst workout is still better than no workout at all!
